"Its a camping site with rooms for the ones that dont have tents I guess. I didnt see that when I booked. My bottle purse got stolen from in front of my room, The bathroom lock was broken, Ac didnt work well. The breakfast and fromt desk gentleman were great."

"We stayed in a King bed with sofa bed room. We had 4 adults sharing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The King bed was comfortable and bed sheets were soft. The sofa bed was also comfortable. The mini bar fridge was a nice addition since it was well stocked with drinks & snacks, 1st round free! Only negative about this room was the open shower. It was awkward figuring out who’s showering without someone peeking in. "

"Pretty good hotel with an excellent location right next to Pompeii. Breakfast was consistently good. The AC is pretty weak though. Walking by the hotel outside, it’s no wonder: the AC units are all next to each other in a recessed area, sharing each others’ heat :D I went in April, so weather was pretty nice anyway. Cleaners do a great job resetting the room. Again, pretty good hotel verging on excellent."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There is a kind of indoor pool or water feature that kept running loudly all night. Even after turning off the main valve, the water continued to flow, making it impossible to sleep. I was traveling with my 10-year-old son, so rest was especially important. I reported the issue to the front desk, but unfortunately they were unable to fix it. Even worse, they showed no initiative to offer a room change or any alternative solution so we could...

"Three Things That We Liked About This Place: 1- The view from the hotel was super beautiful, mind blowing and relaxing in which it was facing the beach and the hilly landscape that was gorgeous & fantastic. 2- The helpfulness of the front desk especially Paola & Vincenzo was beyond expectation and left us without words to describe how we felt. "The staff were particularly helpful, and we enjoyed the rooftop bar. A generous breakfast that includes options for vegetarians. It's a bit out of the centre, so either a taxi ride or bit of a walk to get to the main attractions of the town. For example, it took us about 45 minutes to walk to the National Archeological Museum."
