"Not sure I would stay again. Property itself is beautiful. Beds are uncomfortable. Wifi does not work. Nothing open on Sundays in the area so plan ahead."

When we arrived we assumed the hotel served breakfast as the title of the hotel is ‘B&B’, they do not serve breakfast which wasn’t the end of the world but a bit of a inconvenience, one lady on reception gave us some recommendations and was very helpful. When we got to the room it wasn’t very clean, it was quite run down, walls were dirty and marked, also our bedsheets were unclean, also only one workable plug socket in the room, the fridge...

"We arrived and they moved us to a different hotel named Royal San Marco. It was not what we reserved. The location was good but the hallway was very dirty and the room was very old. Shower worked well but beds were hard and uncomfortable. If you book at the hotel, you should stay in the room you reserved. There were many unhappy customers complaining in the lobby the two days we were there. They were not happy with their rooms and did not get what they had reserved either. They explained...

"We loved this hotel! We were greeted at the door by Giovanni who had us sit down immediately and brought us water and espresso. Our room was ready early and it was so charming! We were given great restaurant recommendations too. The AC was a treat, the towels were so soft, and the bed was comfortable. After checkout we were able to leave our bags until heading to the train. Can’t recommend enough!"

"We loved our room. It was definitely giving Beauty and the Beast vibes and I'm so here for it. We had several delays and we missed our check in time, but they were super easy to communicate with via WhatsApp! They even sent a video so you couldn't mess it up! We loved the location, but know staying in Venice also requires a lot of walking anyways! It felt very safe, the bathroom was modern and water was always hot. I'm sure the video said this, but it's a key lock and you need to use the key...
