We had a fantastic stay. The location couldn’t be better! Our room overlooked the canal. The young guy at the front desk was super helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean. A/C was good. We could walk to almost everything. Or to a water taxi. Very basic hotel but a good to sleep.

Best part of this hotel was the location. The fan and towel rack didn’t work. The curtains were falling off the rod. The TV is the size of a big iPad and there were ants!

It was a nice place to stay. The stairs are a lot if you not prepared for them but the staff helped get our bags up. Very friendly and kind staff.

Property had a great location. Check-in/check-out process was super easy, and there's a coffee shop in the square right next door. Only issue was the AC was pumping out hot air on our last night and we couldn't figure out our to get it to work. Didn't have the chance to get the staff to troubleshoot it as it was quite late when we discovered the issue.

Fabulous location and view from room right on the canal. Great location in terms of the major sites and streets to wander. Comfortable and spacious. Could be a tad cleaner but overall really good

The room was overlooking a small alleyway. No view of the canals. They're had been no room service for at least a few weeks everything was covered in dust and there was blood on some of the curtains. All the keys open all of the hotel doors. The bed was 2 twin mattresses pushed together not a queen mattress. The location is helpful a fairly central in the city and the concierge helped me carry my luggage up the stairs.

great stay. located in a quiet area and great places around. the place doesn't have a lift so climbing the stairs with luggage was a fun challenge! host was super easy and helpful. would definitely stay here again. the air conditioning and views from the room was awesome.

Das Zimmer war dem Alter der Unterkunft entsprechend gut und die Lage sehr zentral. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte, allerdings ist durch die Klimaanlage Wasser an der Wand heruntergelaufen, wodurch sich Putz auf dem Boden gelöst hat. Leider wurde dieser während unseres 3-nächtigen Aufenthalts nicht entfernt. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft, besonders wegen der zentralen Lage. Bei der Reinigung und der Beseitigung solcher kleinen Mängel besteht jedoch Verbesserungsbedarf.

This place was convenient for us, we didn’t have to walk far to get around. We loved having a place to go lay down to in between the chaos with all the food and shopping. I enjoyed the hot showers, and location.

The property was well located between the Rialto Bridge & St Mark’s Square. No elevator, so three steep flights of narrow stairway faced us weary travellers. Otherwise a very average stay.

Excelente localização, isso faz toda diferença. Conseguimos voltar no hotel para descansar ao longo do dia, estávamos há 5 min da ponte do rialto. O único defeito é que o secador do meu quarto não estava funcionando.

Great location, within walking distance to St. Mark's Square and an abundance of shops! Right on a canal where you can pick up a water taxi to airport if needed, or a gondola for a quiet ride. Just be prepared for lots of stairs! Room was on the third floor, so it can be tricky with luggage. AC is not the best, but sufficient, and the views are very nice! Staff was very helpful at check in, and they do allow you to drop off luggage before checking in, so you can explore the area! Room was quaint. Overall, I would stay here again!

You have to climb thee flights of stairs every time you go there. The rooms are poorly maintained. The shower looked like somebody had pissed all over the side of it, and was still sitting there. The toilet seat was not hooked on to the toilet. It fell off. The two lights in the bathroom did not work. There was no place in the shower to put your soap or your shampoo. Pillows were harder than brick. The bed was hard. Blanket very light one Super noisy If I could have found a different place I would have taken it
