"Fantastic service, the staff at the desk are very helpful. They helped and advised on how to get around the area. They even helped in arranging a trip to the Munro Island were I got to see Glass getting made and booked a free water taxi to the island. I found this trip to be more enjoyable than paying €90 for a Gondala. I must say the hotel is very relaxing and worth the money while providing a fantastic service and being right next to the water transport station. The room is very clean and has...
