"Everything was nice I saw there was no diversity in your staff everybody was white or white presenting in the restaurant we had to get a manager because we sat in the restaurant and were ignored by staff finally got some mediocre help from a staff that seemed irritated by our presence get some diversity in your hotel"

"We had several issues with the thermostat either to cold or to hot leading to very poor sleep. They moved us to a new room but we had the same problems. Their engineers had to play with the valve or switches and it still did not work right. So we had a tough night sleep and thats we came to use the facilities.
