"I was attending a conference while staying. I felt very comfortable the whole time. The room was roomy, and the bathroom was great. I did not try any of the amenities, but the staff is super helpful! There is not much to see around the hotel, I should add. "

"The staff was very rude and disrespectful. If they don't allow local guests who recently moved no chance to change my Driver's license yet. The girl at the desk said your canceled i said what excuse me, she then said loud you need to leave the premises. I asked what about the money I already paid up front and she said thats not my problem you need to hit up expedia about it. I made the reservation through Hotel.com she said they are all the same and i need to get off the property. I will make sure I tell everyone I know it's the worst place I have ever been to. What happened to customer service and respect "
