Location was great…property was peaceful and well kept. Felt safe to walk to dining and grocery. We did enjoy our stay here however i need to point a couple of concerns out… The couch really needs to be steam cleaned or replaced. It was stained and dirty, we placed a sheet on cushions in order to sit on it. Floors did not look dirty but when i wiped spilled water from it the napkin turned black. I clorox wiped the floor just to feel comfortable. I think housekeeping needs to be more detailed when cleaning.

Perfect place to stay near beach .

A beautiful place very clean, communication with host was excellent. If you are planning to stay here just a word of advise there is no AC and second the train is very loud expect to be awake by all the way to 10:45.

Great Stay

Great and comfortable place for family and friends stay. Was walking distance to Santa Barbara state street. Would only say that unit does not have AC so it’s was super hot due to the high heat’s for that weekend. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Piece of furniture was broken. The bedding sheets was dirty.very old apartment no napkins no paper towel. A lot of stuff was missing.
