"We stayed at a ground level room 115, it was very dirty, dusty and the floors haven’t been properly cleaned in a long time. For almost $500 per night, I would expect to have a clean room for my toddler.
I asked the front desk to have housekeeping come and clean the next day and when I returned at 8pm, no one had showed up to clean. They sent someone to clean in 15min which she only made the bed and took out the trash.

Like broken body wash bottle, conditioner wasn't refill after previous customer checked out, hairdryer a little dirty, desk chair a little tear, connecting door very hard to lock, soundproof is bad, and need to clean bathroom shelves better. But service is excellent. They responded to all calls. Whatever concerns you have they will take care right away."

"Check-in was awkward and uncomfortable. You check in on a kiosk and a person pops up in a window to assist. She was impatient and the volume was uncomfortably loud. There was no one in the office. The room was clean and serviceable, which is exactly what I needed it to be. Lack of Kleenex in the room was unexpected. The facilities were clean and functioning. The staff who I did interact with were friendly and helpful, both when I called the front desk and when I checked out."
