"My first review ! Our experience was terrible, to put it politely. The front desk lady was the rudest and frankly the worst hotel staff I have ever come across in our 100's of stays in various hotels within US and internationally in the past few decades we have travelled . She said that she was the "manager" but I am not sure - since no manager would be so disrespectful to their customers and without any instigation! I had asked a simple question if there was a water cooler for filling a bottle...
