"Very cheaply maintained, and profit first hotel. Small dusty, room, which required maintenance man visit upon arrival for the safe that was not working. The shower and washing basins were very small that constantly was getting wet, with only one tow that had to be used to prevent walking in a pool of water. The breakfast consisted of eggs and host of other fried junk food that were fried in massive amount of grease. The hotel is right on a very busy, noisy street. Although the beach is across the street, but too close to the bustling street, to really enjoy. "

"The hotel has all the potential to be the best hotel in Cartagena. Great convenient location close to everything, its own beach, great swimming pools. However, it sad to see how poorly maintained the hotel is. It is falling apart. I would guess that the problem is poor management. - pools were dirty - the walls/ sides of the pools - room towels and sheets were thin and old - the walls of the building are falling apart - lack of paint. - gardens seem poor. - beach was dirty - the birds eat from your plates. Very uncomfortable. Very sad to see this is happening as the food, the people and the service were great. "

"Very bad they cancel our room it was an upgrade to suite and we abandoned the property without enjoy even 1 hour we lost our money and they have inappropriate behavior, they invalidated our room key without let us know, after that we moved to another hotel and we lost the money Thanks Javier Puentes "
