"During our trip to Guatemala in August 2026, we stayed at Hotel Tikal Futura to celebrate my brother’s birthday. It was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The security team made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

Gente amable"

"Do NOT stay here. The room was filthy. Mold in the shower, dried fluids on the wall. The listed amenities were also not available. The gym had been removed, the pool was closed, and the advertised ceiling fan had never existed in the first place. The photos and listing are a blatant bait-and -switch. They refused my refund even though I did not end up staying there after arriving and seeing it for myself. Again, do NOT stay at this hotel!"

"Professional staff. Clean rooms. Nice ambience. A good refresher from the countless, monotonous hotels in Zona 1. Tranquil and uniquely designed at a fair price."
