"We were in the property during August and it was raining almost everyday so couldn’t enjoy the full amenities but the hotel was very nice. Early morning we saw Coaties outside our room one day and peccaries the next day which was our highlight."

"The staff where friendly and very attentive. Accommodated my stay as needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing with many different options to choose from! The hotel is conveniently situated at the heart of Fortuna. Will definitely be staying with them again soon!"

"Very friendly staff. There is always someone to help you. Breakfast was great and they switched it up every day. Spa massages are a little pricey and they are not deep tissue unless you specifically ask. Highly recommend staying here."

"My Granddaughter become sick while there. We had booked a tour that you were supposed to cancel 24 hours before. The morning of, we called the hotel to let them know we could not do the tour. The woman at reception said she would contact the tour company and try to get our money refunded. She did get out money back. Then the asked how my daughter was and asked if she could send some chicken soup to our room for her. At no cost to us a huge bowl of soup with rice was delivered to our room. It was delicious. They were very thoughtful and caring by going out of their way to be sure all was good. The next day when we checked out they asked us how our granddaughter was. We felt like they really cared."

"This was an amazingly beautiful hotel. We had the 2 bedroom villa which was newly remodeled with a full kitchen and gorgeous finishes. We saw a ton of wildlife right thru the huge windows in the living room and bedrooms. I will 1000% Stay here again when we come back. The check in was super quick and friendly and we came during afternoon coffee and it was delicious too! Can’t recommend this place enough!"
