"The staff was amazing and they would answer quickly with any problems we would have ! The resort was amazing with a lot of utilities/activities all around the hotel’s land (gardens, pools, river, etc). All around it was amazing and an easy 5 stars for the price we paid !!"

"Rooms were clean and tidy but the kitchen was not. Coffee maker had mold, silverware and dishes were not clean, we ended up eating out instead of cooking.
Pool was beautiful and clean. Property was a wonderful place to relax and explore. Proximity to town was great assuming you have transportation.

"Fabulous experience. if you want the wild/lodge experience but still a staffed hotel with a bunch of services then this is for you! We were in the middle of the wilderness, with birds and sloths on site, but still had room service/clean up and buffet style breakfast and a pool! Absolutely recommend. good distance to all the sites/activity but far enough from the tourist trap that is la fortuna!"

"Our party of 3 arrived the evening of Apr 3rd for a 3 night stay. The owner showed us to our cabin, and it was in terrible condition. The stairs were loose, the handrailing was rickety, the door didn't fit properly. Once inside, we could see it was poorly built, the bathroom was dirty, and it appeared not to have hot water, although we never had a chance to find out for sure.
