"Sadly when we got into our room the towels provided were wet, but as soon as we asked fresh towels were bought up. WiFi was good for the first three days then as it got busy it stopped working. We were given wine and cava for our anniversary with chocolate strawberries which was lovely. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The bar upstairs was great one night but then as it got busy it took 30mins for us to be served which was a shame. Overally 4/5 experience."

"The only outstanding member of the staff was David at the front desk. He was attentive, always ready to help, and truly professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Starting with Rosanna Palma, the Events Manager—if I had to describe her in one word, it would be disaster. Communicating with her while trying to organize my husband’s birthday party on the rooftop was incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. When we arrived at the hotel on Sunday...

"What a great hotel and location. The recently refurbed rooms and spacious communal areas are a pleasure. Breakfast was really good and the location is superb. The pool is nice for kids but on the small side if you’re looking for exercise. We were unlucky with power outages while we were there but would def stop here again."
