The whole atmosphere of the house and the surrounding area but also the rooms, breakfast, music during breakfast and the discreet but perfect service (not to intrusive) makes you feel like being in a grand hotel of the last century. "The staff was friendly and very helpful, including the shuttle driver. The breakfast was ample and tasty. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was a pleasant and easy location to stay as we needed to transfer between the airport and the car rental there. It was also easy to get to Milan on the commuter train from the airport. I would definitely recommend First Hotel Malpensa and stay there again."

"We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express near Milan Malpensa Airport. The complimentary airport shuttle was reliable and convenient, with only about a 5-minute ride to and from Terminal 1. The shuttle driver was always on time, making our airport transfers stress-free. "There were both positives and negatives during our stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel was extremely clean, the staff members were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the secure free parking available in the basement. However, there were a few issues that affected our overall experience. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. We stayed for three nights and booked four rooms for our family, and every room had the same issue — the AC did not cool properly at all....
