"Una gran experiencia. Hotel muy de epoca pero muy comodo. Nos toco con vista al lago y es impresionante. Un gran deleite visual. La limitante de no llevar un coche es bajar y subir a pie que esto es de bajada 15 min. Subida hasta 30 min. O acoplarte a el transporte de casa que en este punto son muy limitados los horarios. Deverian de tenerlo con horario disponible cada hora . Bueno esto lo queremos pero en verdad seria una buena atencion al cliente y se valla muy satisfecho. Con respecto...

"Luxury! The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Our patio had a gorgeous view of the lake and city. I would have loved to stay longer. Aside from being fairly near the train station and the Italian restaurant across the way, there isn't much nearby. We did hike the trail behind the hotel to the top of the mountain, and that was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful in coordinating and explaining our transit options to Lake Como."
