Pamela at check in was extremely patient and helpful, offering to store my bags before I accessed the room and contacting me when the room was ready as I was out exploring Rome. The room was perfect and as advertised, and the facilities felt luxurious. I decided to have breakfast the next day, turning up earlier than I should have but was accommodated nevertheless.
