"Excellent hotel! Perfect location, right in the heart of Genoa, staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely and clean with all amenities you would need. We also used the pool and that was absolutely lovely after a long hike through Genoa mountains. Would definitely stay again, thank you to all the reception and housekeeping staff members!"

Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! "The hotel was very conveniently placed in the city the rooms were clean and big enough. But the number one stand out was the staff. The two ladies on reception were unbelievably kind, helpful and courteous. "

The only issue was that we tried to order two glasses of wine from the bar next door and they said we could carry them to our room but then they wanted to charge us the room service price. Carrying drinks from the bar to our room was not actually room service so I feel like they were trying to get more money out of us unnecessarily. So we purchased wine at a store elsewhere. Otherwise everything was great."
