The restaurant at the hotel is amazing. Great view and best food we tried in the region. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We had a very comfortable stay. Would recommend if you’re visiting Huatulco. It’s walking distance to Playa Arrocito, however a taxi ride of 10 mins will be required to get to the city center Crucesita area as well as other playas in the area.

The room was very neat and clean but we had ants very tiny ones. They were for some reason on bed. My husband is somewhat allergic to them so he had some bites on his legs. Staff was great. View was awesome. Air conditioning was not so good. We were hot at night. We could also use a small fridge also. Pool was beautiful.

The staff were lovely. Room and property were spotless. Pools were out of this world beautiful. The views are absolutely amazing. The only drawback was lack of hot water in the room. Honestly though, it’s hot in Huatulco so taking a tepid shower actually cools you off!

Service was excellent. Specially Luis in the dinning room Rooms have absolutely nothing in the bathroom like toiletries Kleenex nothing. The body cream is rancid /old the shower is either cold or hot water. No robes available Elevaror was broken two out of four days Room was fine other than what I mentioned. Room was clean and Soledad did a great job. The large pool was out of comidsion a day and half over the busy weekend the hotel would do best if thesenissues would be taken care of. Food was ok. Need more choices in the evening. The restaurant staff was superb.

Clean hotel

It was a short stay but we were happy how clean this place was. We loved the infinity pool from where we saw whales in the distance. Hotel was clean and comfortable. I wish the rooms had small fridges and safe but for the short stay we managed without it

The hotel is a nice, relaxed spot to whale watch and unwind. Restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were pleasant and clean. Main entrance road needs repairs.
