Excelente ubicacion, bonito, buena comida, buena atencion, todo en general excelente, el unico inconveniente es que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero afuera del hotel hay un estacionamiento publico que se vacia alrededor de las 6 pm, y en los alrededores puede uno encontrar lugar de momento.

The grounds and building are excellent. Very clean and modern. Rooms are comfortable and have great amenities. Beds, linens and sheets/towels are nice as well. Beware, the standard rooms have NO view or deck area. They literally back onto a fairly busy walkway, which is your view. To upgrade, the cost is quite high. For the next level upgrade (Junior Suite) we paid $1400CAN for 6 nights. Food was decent, the buffet was repetitive after 10 days. Some of the dishes that should have been warm or hot were not. The menu items were prepared fresh and definitely were better. Same with the breakfast....buffet was decent, menu items were much better. Drinks were all over the place. They had Dos XX on tap and many types of low grade hard alcohol. Mixed drinks were a crap shoot, unless you ordered something very simple. They had no drink menu, but I think that would be helpful so that the bartenders could all be trained to make drinks the same way. Staff was similar to most places. Some good, some ok, some indifferent. We had a couple of experiences where we sat first, but were served/waited on after local couples were sat after us. This happened more than once. We also had to help ourselves to menus a few times while staff were talking amongst themselves and/or on their phones. Cleaning staff were excellent however! All in all, a solid 3.5. For the original price we paid, plus the upgrade, the value just wasn't there. For our all in price, better choices exist.

Loved the location, the beach and the room was very nice, modern, clean and spacious. The staff were all lovely, the food was good. Everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend this property and would return. We had the 3rd floor junior plus room with a huge patio and beautiful views of the Santa Cruz bay.

El personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son súper bonitas y bien decoradas. Me encantó. La alberca del beach club siempre está templada pero la del hotel a veces está fría. Lo malo es que la alberca del club de playa solo se puede ocupar hasta las 6 pm. Los alimentos son muy ricos.

Just returned from 11 days at the resort and it could not have been much better. The staff were all fantastic! We had a great time durning the day with Francisco and Jose at the upper bar/restaurant and the evening staff with Ixtel and Eric were always there to make sure we were looked after!! Chester from the kitchen made sure we were always fed :) The housekeeping staff were amazing, our room was spotless every day and the bar fridge and water were refilled. The folded towel animals on the bed with the chocolates were a great added touch. The pool was spotless as was the entire pools area and everywhere on the property was immaculate. Some areas were more rustic than others but all were very clean and in great shape!! This is a smaller boutique type all inclusive resort. If you are looking for something a little more quiet but still having all the amenities, this is the spot for you. Most of the rooms are ocean facing, and there is enough variety in room choices to meet most everyone’s needs. This is definitely a spot we will be returning to!!

We had a great room the Junior Plus it has an awesome balcony. The room was large, great fridge/frezzer, walk in shower with lots of hot water. The upper pool was out place quiet great service and the view of the bay was unbleivable.

A beautiful place, super clean with beautiful amenities. Our room had a view of the ocean just like every other room in this hotel. What made our stay so special was the people who work there especially our concierge Diana who was so much fun and always made us feel welcome.

Excelente opción para disfrutar Huatulco, el hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, cuenta con un club de playa y aunque no está privada su playa se disfruta mucho. El hotel es todo incluido pero cuenta con horarios de comidas lo que me parece excelente. El desayuno es de 7 a 11:30. Comida de 1 a 5 y cena de 7:30 a 10:30 me parece. La comida es buena, la proteína es a la carta y los complementos son en buffet. Las bebidas siempre estuvieron muy bien y las habitaciones son cómodas.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Niru Hotel for a week and had a Junior Suite with Ocean view. What a wonderful little gem – the Suite was delightful, with a small kitchen, a very comfy bed and a view to die for! The suites are large, very comfortable and squeaky clean – and, as a person with sleep issues, I slept like a baby the entire time! ( do tell us which kind of mattress you use please). We were on the top floor with just the skies above and endless views! The in-room coffee machines produce excellent coffee so you can sit on your deck to watch the sunrise with your caffeine in hand. First off, this hotel has the most wonderful staff! Thank you to Andy, Amado and Ulyses for the warm welcome, your guidance and smiling faces every day! Ulyses shared one of his favourite desserts with us, knowing I love sweet treats and we would go and visit him and Andy as often as we could to chat. Thank you Diana and Jessica for your kind help and assisting when I was feeling unwell. Thank you to Jose Manuel and Francisco for the many laughs during breakfast, you made every morning something to look forward to! (just need to get that espresso machine fixed which was down while we were visiting 😉). Ana, Istel, Magdalena took care of us for the dinners and made us many lovely cocktails in the evenings and cared for us well. The facilities at Nirú are top notch, I believe the photos online don’t actually do it justice. The upstairs pool was always quiet, with very friendly and attentive bartending/waiting staff! The beach club pool and beach area are much busier with people from their other hotel in Santa Cruz and also day pass users, but we were always able to get some loungers regardless. The hotel is located right in Santa Cruz making it super convenient to walk around and walk/taxi to La Crucecita. The food is great all around, I would say breakfast is the best by far, authentic Mexican dishes and really good buffet sides. The weakest part would definitely be the lunch buffet at the beach club, but if you are staying at the hotel, you can eat snacks/lunch at the hotel pool which has some great options!
