The good: The scenery is breathtaking. The beach is beautiful , safe and you can swim or snorkel all day long. Rooms are spacious.
The bad: the hotel definitely requires more maintenance, some of the pools have the tiles loose and can be dangerous. Very long distances between rooms and beach /restaurants. One of the elevators was suddenly pouring water! Limited food options since that many restaurants were closed or not available. Some staff members were rude. The entertainment was good because dancers were excellent but shows were scarce. The preferred service is not worth it since they treated you without respect , no remarkable perks and it was expensive. There was a group of medical students who invaded areas that were reserved for preferred customer and caused delayed in service. The hotel staff did not do anything about it. The sales people of the share time are bothersome since they are pushing you to hear the 90 min tike share presentation from day 1. In summary, it is an overpriced hotel in a beautiful location that sells as exclusive but had facilities that need improvement with poor food and bad service. I will look for a different place next time.
