"Property is old and have a weird smell, you have to pay for parking "

"We had a very nice stay at Holiday Inn LAX recently. Our room was outfitted with two queen beds. The beds were comfortable. The room was a bit crowded, making it difficult to get into a bed close to the wall, but we managed. It had a good shower, which I think is important. We ate in the restaurant a time or two. The food was good, and the staff was attentive. We used the free shuttle service from and to LAX. The driver was punctual and helpful. Everything about our stay was good, and we would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn LAX if we ever visit again."

"Nice big rooms very clean. My first night there was a very, very loud booming pounding musical event on the floor right above me keeping me up way too late. My complaint did, however reach management who credited my room with a generous amount. I felt very well taken care of. I had one dinner and breakfast in hotel quite excellent."

From check in and helping us with a dual access room to be near our kids, every question to service staff was answered in a friendly way and nothing was too much trouble. Location great, rooms great, service great, you can’t ask for more than that for an L.A. visit. "

"To charge $40 for the parking is like adding %40 to the room rate just like that. It’s an economy motel and charging $40 for parking it’s a rip off. Also, the room was way too small. "
