I wore it with many pride up and down California Avenue that night to and from her charity concert."

"Overall, we really liked the hotel; everything was great. The only issue happened with the car rental. At first, the reception asked me to pay for parking, even though I had arranged to return the car in the evening without any extra charge. However, the parking attendant called the manager, and he resolved the issue. Still, it’s best to confirm these things in advance with the reception to avoid any misunderstandings."

"The room was beautiful! Spacious & comfortable. I LOVE the soft, plush carpet :) We had in room dining from the restaurant & the food was delicious! Service from all the staff was superb - everyone was kind & helpful. Can't beat the location overlooking the Pacific Ocean & just a short walk down to the beach or the Santa Monica Pier. I highly recommend this hotel!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Eden. We had a king suite with balcony access. The view was amazing! The staff were welcoming and happily accommodated our request for a coffee maker and ice. The hotel itself has a lot of character and is unique. The location is great, with easy walking access to the park, beach, shops, and restaurants. A farmer's market is around the corner on Saturday mornings! The only (minor) issue we had was with noise from the roof-top bar, which was directly up...

For the price, I feel like there should have been some additional more upscale amenities, such as Nespresso or similar coffee in the room or at the very least in the lobby. "Great hotel in a great location, definitely recommend! Room had fun decor with beautiful ocean views. Hotel offers beach towels and chairs for the beach, many bars and restaurants in walking distance. Ate at two restaurants on the hotels list and both were excellent."

"Everything was great with the hotel. Only thing I think it was lacking was a gate to get into the parking lot...just to feel more secure. Other than that it was very clean and cute and quaint decor. Just lovely."
