"The hotel is quite nice, and clean. The rooms were modern and spacious. The breakfast was great, as well as room service. The staff was super helpful. We arrived early and they checked our baggage so we could explore the city. The font desk was very informative with directions and suggestions for the city. The airport shuttle was nice and timely, and convenient to the airport. My son left his glasses and they found and shipped them to is in the US."

This property is in a shopping mall area and is frequented by many tour groups/cruise passengers, etc. The room was fine - very basic. "Great quiet community stop over and easy to get to the airport with a free shuttle. Friendly and professional team."

"Had a good breakfast. Fresh squeezed orange juice was really good. Were able to store our bags for a few hours after we checked out. They are in an industrial area so we were not able to go out for a late supper after we checked in. They only had a few sandwiches available in their refrigerator. They are fairly close to the airport but a ways out of the downtown and away from the beach. Quite adequate."

"We purposely chose an American chain hotel with air conditioning in mind. As soon as you walked into hotel it was hot and muggy. The ac could not keep up with the temperature outside. When we walked into our room it was extremely warm. Adjusted the thermostat and nothing improved after running all day. "The hotel and room was very clean. The welcome drink was nice and the front desk staff were great. Breakfast bar was good too. Locations is nice with bus stop across the street direct to the airport, near a metro stop to get to the Barri Gotic area and a walk to the wonderful Park Montjuic and the night time Magic Fountain display not to be missed. I would recommend this to anyone."
