"The room was not cleaned well the shower was not clean at all. Our power kept going out in the room. The elevator was out. However, the staff was amazing. If the hotel was in as good of shape as the workers, it would be top tier. They were super friendly and tried to fix what they could."

"They only cleaned my room once in a 7 night stay. Never gave any clean towels and the floors look like they never get vacuumed. The view and swimming pool was nice. Don't think I would stay there again."
