"IT WAS BLACK MOLD IN THE RESTROOM OVER THE TUB. STAINS ON THE BEDDINGS & SHEETS. Carpet was dirty with a bad smell from the room. Dirty kitchen, stains on the towels completely nasty. Pools were dirty with no filter on"

"Was promised an every other day cleaning for our room, and all we asked for was our trash out and a few fresh towels. We got two fresh towels our whole trip and we had to take our own trash out to the trash can in the front lobby. I’m terribly disappointed in the service we received for paying $1800 ..."
