"I had an amazing stay at Baia Kristal Cartagena. The apartment itself was a big part of that it’s spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything set up in a way that just makes sense. It genuinely felt like having my own place, which made it easy to relax from the start.
The lagoon was another highlight. It gives the whole property a calm, scenic vibe, and spending time by the water especially in the evening was one of the best parts of my stay.

"I’d rate this stay 3.5 out of 5. The apartment itself was clean and generally comfortable, which made for a decent experience overall. However, there were a couple of maintenance issues that affected the stay. The bathroom sliding door didn’t close properly, which made the bathroom wet on every shower and the towel hanger was broken. With these issues addressed, the apartment would be much better."

"Mi experiencia en este hotel fue completamente decepcionante y, sinceramente, no lo recomendaría en absoluto.
La calidad de la comida es pésima. No solo es de muy baja calidad, sino que además no existe variedad alguna en las opciones disponibles. Prácticamente comes lo mismo o te quedas sin alternativas aceptables. Para el precio que se paga, esto es inaceptable.
Para empeorar la situación, sufrimos un apagón durante el día que duró más de 10 horas. No hubo una respuesta clara ni soluciones...
