"Looks can be deceiving! In room- AC made a horrible racket the whole time in use. Half the lights didn't work. Our belongings got locked in the safe. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. View was nice. Pool was not clean very cloudy. Staffing was short the tiki bar closed quite early most days. Bought a souvenir cup $(20) unlimited non alcoholic drinks, from the tiki bar to find out the drink my child wanted was out of stock half way through our 5 day vacation. (Lemonade)...

"We were in a room where the toilet had a crack on the seat was stained brown. They didn’t move us to another room. The toilet paper holder had a lot of dirt/dust. There was hair on tub. We saw a few dead ants in between the bed sheets. The phone in the room didn’t have a line. Bad lighting. Definitely gave lower end vibe. Pools were good though. Staff were friendly. Basically paying to be by the beach."
