"My stay was very nice and a complete change from stats in past. I can really tell that a corporation has custody over everything.
I ate at all the restaurants on site and have to say that I believe the menu is tired at Latitude 30 and is dire need for revamping. I ordered the Pork Chop (Medium), Beans and Mashed Potatoes and water for beverage. When it came to the table, my chop was a bit undercooked, the beans were warm but bland and the mashed potatoes were cold and clumpy. My guest ordered...
