"Loved our stay at this family owned B&B. Everything is basic but just as we like it for our Cusco experience. Owners and staff are all nice and provided everything we need for our stay. Only improvements suggested are to replace shower curtains and towels as they are very dated."

"Read the other reviews and you will see this hotel will try and overcharge you. They never picked up the phone whenever I called them and never responded to any of the messages. Apparently they changed ownership and the previous owners had really low prices which the new owners would not honour. Even when hotels.com called them to dispute the higher prices they wanted to charge me the hotel never picked up the calls. "The view is great and the management was very easy to contact while being eager to help out. The location is perfect for being close to plaza de Armas without it being quite so busy. "
