Really nice boutique hotel in safe quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Rooftop pool is great for relaxing and catching sunrise and sunset over city. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Modern clean and comfortable rooms.

Este hotel tiene un gran potencial pues está bien ubicado y además es bonito, los cuartos son amplios, sin embargo, le hace falta algunas mejoras importantes. Me dijeron que abrirían el balcón y nunca lo hicieron, nuestro baño olía muy mal y afortunadamente nos cambiaron pero nos cobraron las botellas de agua cuando lo que sucedió fue que nos cambiamos y no agarramos las botellas. El primer día que llegamos tardaron como 10 minutos en abrirnos el portón del garage para ingresar el coche y el último día me hicieron todos los cargos a mi tarjeta cuando se los habíamos pedido dividir con otra persona. Así que no todo estuvo mal pero en 4 días vimos muchísimas áreas de oportunidad y sinceramente creo que podría ser un mucho mejor hotel.

Neue, modernes Hotel im ruhigen Providencia mit allem Komfort und sehr schöner Dachterasse. Der Tower und die Mall sind fußläufig ereichbar. Grüne Umgebung.War ein Tipp aus einem Reiseführer der sich gelohnt hat. Die Klimaanlage könnte etwas besser funktionieren. Ansonsten alles gut!

This hotel was fine, but there were so many little things that made the stay worse than it should have been. 1) the first night, the sewer smell in the bathroom was unbearable (worst I have ever smelled, anywhere). We asked for and received a room change after the first night 2) the wifi in the second room was unusable, except at the very front entrance 3) the door to the balcony in the second room was broken and could not be opened. When asked, they said none of the balcony doors were meant to be opened. But the doors in both rooms were unlocked, and the door worked fine in the first room. 4) After the move, we asked for an extra bottle of water because we left one of the two original ones behind, in the first room during the shuffle. They gave me two bottles, which I assumed would be complimentary as no cost was mentioned. They charged for these. 5) only one soap bar is provided per room. So you need to move the soap back and forth between the sink and shower.

La atención del hotel es excelente. Enfrente del hotel está una parada del camioncito para recorrer la ciudad. Caminas derecho y está la entrada al parque para tomar el funicular y subir a ver a la Virgen, uno de los principales atractivos.

A great stay in Santuu it ago
This was an excellent hotel for our three night stay. A great location- central for shopping, restaurants and tourist sites. The rooms were very good and the staff were outstanding and went the extra mile for every request.

Uma hospedagem confortável.
Hotel confortável em lugar tranquilo e perto de vários atrativos. Internet disponibilizada é ruim. Café da manhã bom. Muito legal a possibilidade de solicitar café da manhã para viagem, o que facilita no casos dos passeios com horário de saída bem cedo. Dificuldade de pagar hospedagem com cartão da Wise.

O hotel tem um área externa com picina, estava bem suja e não dava para usar, que poderia ser aquecida, visto ao investimento no hotel. Além disso, existe um SPA com custo adicional 35mil pesos, ao utilizar o SPA estava com um cheio insuportável de mofo, não tinha óleos para sauna nem nada. Fiquei bem chateada! Relatando a situação para a recepção, me ofereceram mais 20 minutos em um espaço bem desconfortável.

Ladera had similar ratings to most of the areas higher end and boutique hotels, but was offering a lower competitive rate, similar to the nearby Solace hotel at which we also stayed. The finishes, amenities, spacious room with comfortable beds/sheets, etc was all on point with that you should expect for the price-point, and a good value. Our only main criticism would be the staff. Over 3 days we interacted to some degree with about 4-5 individuals, mainly at the front desk. None were rude, but none were particularly friendly or hospitable either. I don't really care about exaggeratedly enthusiastic hotel staff, but they all seemed to be pretty indifferent to their jobs and guests. The other quirky thing is the need for a key card to get OUT of the hotel (and despite the two of us at checkin giving only one key for us both). There were numerous time when we were briefly separated or doing different things in the hotel that require a keycard, and having to knock and wait at the entrance to be let in/out repeatedly.

It was a great stay overall. I liked the room, the staff were all very nice. I complained about the water (not having hot enough water for 24 hours), but it was addressed after this. Very close to teleferico oasis station for views!

Everything was excellent during my stay. Friendly staff and the quality of the rooms were the highlights. If I had to say something negative, I would mention location. It's about a 10 minute walk to restaurants, although it's very close to hiking and trails.

Estadia maravilhosa
O hotel é maravilhoso e muito bem localizado. A equipe super prestativa, vários mimos para os clientes e tudo incluso como as bebidas do frigobar, uso de jacuzzi 24h, café da manhã no quarto, piscina no rooftop com uma vista linda e entre outras. Amamos a estadia e com certeza voltaremos.

O Hotel é muito charmoso, os aptos são bem confortáveis, o Roof Top é muito agradável com uma Vista linda. Os aptos de fundos são mais silenciosos mas o ponto alto deste hotel é o atendimento.

Hotel charmoso de muito bom gosto.
hotel pequeno, muito charmoso, novo e muito bem decorado. Localização boa, 15min de caminhada se chega no Costanera Center. Café da manhã suficiente, não tem muita variedade mas é bom.

Mal hotel ladera
Mal, el hotel no me entregó el servicio pagado. Solo tras hacerles ver que habían cometido una falta me entregaron la habitación por la cual había pagado. Además generaron un doble cobro ya que a lo pagado a hoteles.com, ellos me cobraron el total de la pieza también (además de la garantía). Se comprometieron a devolverme este doble cobro en 3 días hábiles. Todo mal. Mucho ruido de la calle
