"Pollyanna, was really helpful even I didn’t speak any Portuguese. Helped me to book a tour at last minute. When I got transferred from Sao Luis and arrived around 8:30 am, she checked me in without any extra charge. Breakfast was really good with wonderful views on top floor of hotel. "The location of the hotel is excellent, close to restaurants and transportation. 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the city. The breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel provides good services such as trips to the lagoons and transfer to the airport which makes it very convenient. The only negative thing was the room. It is small and it had a window with no view we kept the window closed the whole time because all you can see is a wall."
