This hotel is new so they still have some work today with the entertainment. But I loved our stay, I wanted rest and got just that. And the staff was the friendliest I have come across. Great service.

A little sorry/run down in some areas though you can tell they are maybe trying to fix it as they were working on things when we were there. The beach is beautiful. The staff is friendly. The room smelled weird. I had to ask for a manager to get me into a restaurant for dinner bc when k arrived at midnight and checked immediately there were already no open reservations for either of the two restaurants (buffet is always available.

The hotel is big and somewhat beautiful on the out side. The beach is beautiful and the pool is great. Most of the staff are in need of training about customer services. The restaurant that suppose to be included in the package are very hard to get a reservation and staff give you a hard time when you ask for help to make a reservation. There were a few staff very amable and attentive, but others seems with bad attitude. The room are spacious but some room had a bad smell and some of the elevator as well smell weird

Este hotel me sorprendió! Está súper bien mantenido, limpio, la playa y las piscinas muy cómodas y bien mantenidas, el staff super amable y no hay personas molestando en la playa, super seguro y buen ambiente, el rooftop lo mejor de la noche, solo una recomendación, más variedad en las comidas y más disponibilidad en los dos restaurantes a la carta pero yo le doy un 10/10 volveré pronto!!! This hotel really surprised me! It is incredibly well-maintained and clean; the beach and pool areas are comfortable and kept in great shape; the staff is super friendly; and there are no annoying people bothering you on the beach. It feels very safe and has a great atmosphere. The rooftop was the highlight of the evening. Just one recommendation: more variety in the food and better availability at the two à la carte restaurants. Still, I give it a 10/10—I’ll be back soon!

Staff need more guidelines. The hotel is so beautiful, clean water . It would be a great place to enjoy your vacation if the staff could be better supervised. Guests won’t be have to call several times to get someone, to confirm their reservation, some waitresses bring the orders to the wrong tables others are involved in personal conversations and forget to bring the orders .

Overall, we had a good stay at the resort. The hotel was very clean, and we appreciated that our room was ready before the scheduled check-in time. A special thank you to Rosa at the front desk—she was amazing, welcoming, and made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. While some members of the hotel staff weren't always the friendliest, others were wonderful and more than made up for it with their kindness and helpfulness. Overall, the cleanliness of the property and the great service from staff like Rosa made our stay enjoyable.

Super hotel, on était dans une grande suite tout était grand les toilettes hyper grands une belle douche il y avait tous les produits de toilette, petit frigo avec toutes sortes de boissons réapprovisionner a volonté, petit coin café avec cafetière et tout ce qu’il faut pour faire son propre café l’hôtel dispose d'un restaurant et bars à volonté et d’autres restaurants payants, les employés sont très accueillants et très sympathiques ils sont à la disposition de la clientèle, des votre arrivée vous êtes accueilli en VIP 😎 Il y a beaucoup d’espaces qui sont aménagés pour être au calme qu’on puisse se reposer à l’abri du soleil, j’étais agréablement surprise de la salle de sport qui est super bien équipée ouverte 24/24 il me semble. Points négatif à améliorer c’est le petit déjeuner n’est pas continental le salé prend beaucoup trop de place sur le sucré. Remarque à faire également c’est qu’ils utilisent trop de produits irritants partout pour moi qui suit allergique c’était très désagréable j’ai souffert de ça . Je conclus en remerciant un employé en particulier, Monsieur NATHANAEL merci beaucoup pour son aide à mon arrivée je ne l’oublierai jamais bravo à lui 👏😘 Et je recommande cet hôtel vous aurez tout pour passer un bon séjour 👍

Habitaciones bien limpias y lindas, excelente servicio de limpieza y una maravillosa vista al oceano.El personal muy amable, cortes y pendiente de todo detalle, exceptuando por la persona que estuvo sirviendo los tragos en el bar de afuera de la piscina. No fue nada cortes. La comida muy rica y variada y las bebidas tambien. En cuanto a mejoria deberían mejorar el check in y tener mas agilidad para no tener que perder tanto tiempo de la estadía. Tener mas personal en los bares para que puedan preparar todos los tragos y no tener que dejar de servirlos por falta de tiempo y nosotros dejar de recibir lo que ya estamos tomando desde inicio. Y por último dentro de los pasillos de las habitaciones señalizar un poco mas con letreros donde esta ubicado cada sector y lugares dentro del hotel. Muy buen hotel solo requiere un poco mas de organización en el sistema.
