It depends on what your looking for...

Good price nice facility. More for young adults and casino crowd. But if you spend most of your time away it doesn't matter. The free breakfast in the morning is better than most offered by hotels.

The hotel was nice for the price. BUT! I asked for room change in less than 36 hours: the WC of the 1st room was broken. The 2nd room didn’t have any hot water. The 3rd room had a water leak from the shower. The front desk service was slow but very willing to help. Would not repeat, the best thing was the location

I live the pool the club it was the best weekend of my life I enjoy the food to the casino. Must of all the staff was nice with me they answers my question I don speak Spanish but the put words together and make it works

The air conditioning was too cold and could not be turned down. It looked like a refrigerator, we couldn't sleep well because it was very cold. Besides, the hot water for bathing was not useful.

Bad experience

The hotel furnitures are very old and in bad conditions. The first night was unpleasant. The management changed my room, however, the second one had a very strong smell because of the humidity. I ended up moving to Catalonia. The mail elevator card reader is not working.

This hotel needs improvement in several areas. The biggest issue I had while staying there was the wifi connection. I seemed to only have connection in the restaurant area on the 1st floor, my hotel room was on the 5th floor and the wifi almost never worked there. Also, the hotel shower almost never had running hot water and the bath tub was uneven and poorly constructed, these are both issues that I reported to the hotel maintenance tech.

Staff was horrible. Tried to charge me an excessive amount of money, claiming that I destroyed a towel because my baby wiped her hands that had chocolate on it. Would not give me a receipt for the money I paid for the towel.

When we arrived by 2:30 my husband was feeling sick and the person in the front desk did not allow us to get in to the room until 3 o'clock and we have to wait in the car, when in the check in said started at noon. After we wait and the room was giving that room was deplorable there was a big hole in the ceiling. Now we had to wait again for another room. Then at new room the hot water to shower was really low and occasionally there was none. Also there was no iron, I didn't see a refrigerator. There was nothing in the room shown as welcome the guess not even water. At the desk customer services they were not friendly.

El servicio fatal la habitación que reservamos la cama no contaba con las medidas para ser una cama matrimonial. Lo que me obligó a entonces hacerles un pago adicional para una cama adecuada para dos personas. Nos tuvieron que hacer un segundo cambio por que la ahbautacion que nos dieron cuando hice el pago adicional no tenía TV. Y aún así la que nos dieron tiene una filtaracion de agua de la ducha al piso afuera de la bañera.
