"Place is clean and price is very reasonable staying one night with breakfast. Strong internet connection compared to some low cost lodging in the Philippines. "

"Great common areas access to full kitchen complete with all utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. Room was large with AC (included). Hot water kettle in room. Free wifi in room and common areas, free coffee, free tea, free water (hot or cold). The shared bathroom very manageable as there are 2 bathrooms with showers serving 6 rooms, so never had to wait during my 2 nights stay.
