We stayed at Sienna Eco Resort for 1 week & had the best time. Stelios was great & welcomed us with a wonderful attitude & whipped out a map of the island after showing us round the villa, to recommend excursions & a couple of great restaurants. There was a laid back attitude of communication through whatsapp if we needed anything & he did organise the transfers to & from the airport, which was easy, if maybe a little expensive at 40 euros for 2 people each way. The villa was great & wonderfully private & the pool was just the right size, it didn't feel too small. Highly recommended.

The resort is well maintained and absolutely stunning. Stelios, the property manager, was extremely welcoming and helpful. He was available 24/7 via WhatsApp and in person for any questions or assistance. He gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and made us feel like home. Stelios is definitely the best host ever. The property is located 15-25 minutes to all major attractions and with easy access to main roads, gas station, restaurants and market. We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa with private pool. The villa was clean, roomy and bright with all the necessary accessories for a comfortable stay. The property staff were extremely friendly and they brought our breakfast to the villa in the morning where we enjoyed it privately. We loved this resort and it is definitely a keeper.

very expensive compared to the condition of the provided, they charge extra per person according to breakfast and it turns out that breakfast is not worth 5 euros. the villa was for six people...they could go and it turns out not, they only charge 2 and each person is 30 euros per day. They tell you that they will charge you 20 euros per trip and it turns out that they are 30 at the end of each trip. it's a theft

Les : l'accueil, la villa spacieuse et propre, la place pour garer la voiture, la piscine pas très grande mais jolie, l'intimité respectée et surtout le monsieur qui gère les lieux (disponible, agréable, facilitateur...) Les moins : distance du centre de Fira (véhicule nécessaire si avec des enfants), kit nettoyage minimum(pour laver la vaisselle..) le petit déjeuner nous avions demandé un végétarien (manquait : café, des fruits ou un jus...-uniquement pain pas toujours très frais, œufs durs, qq mini croissants ou pains choco et selon les jours feuilletés épinards/fêta ou yaourt/mousse avec qq morceaux de fruits), kit mini shampoing fournit à l'arrivée mais non renouvelé pendant le séjour. Globalement un bon séjour grace à l'amabilité de l'hôte.

This villa was so cute, the private pool was very nice, and the property is in a great location, without too much street noise but still close to the capital. Stelios, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Could not have had a better stay. I will definitely recommend for future visits.

The manager Stelios was exceptional and so very helpful. He helped us book a tour and our transfers and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to see. The place is a little out of the way if you don’t have a car. We didn’t have one, but was able to walk the 20 mins to Fira to take the bus. Breakfast was nice and the pool was great. The kids really loved the pool.

The property was sold as private villa with view and private pool. The pictures posted are lovely, in fact. What we found was a basement apartment with no private pool, but rather a yet-to-be-installed Jacuzzi outside the bedroom window. No pool access was available at all, as each villa's pool is, again, private. Amenities such as robes and slippers were also missing, and were not provided even when asked. Reception was not open during times listed, and we had to call the villa manager to come and explain the situation. While all seem to hail Skelios (the villa manager - the actual property manager I was not allowed to speak with, for some reason) as extremely helpful (and he was surely gracious for the most part), no explanation was given as to why we were in an apartment that in no way resembled what we booked. I spent the first two days of a short and quite costly vacation very upset and trying to understand how to salvage a situation. We left after the second night (offers of providing us a "real" villa would come only after the fourth day on the property) and the manager only refunded for half the stay. Admittedly, it was a nonrefundable offer, but what was presented was nothing like what was advertised. I was shocked and furious, and the only way to move forward was to leave the property. I can only suggest to be in touch with the property manager prior to your stay and assure that the villa is not the "semi-basement" apartment. The other villas looked amazing!

Nice place - if you have a car!

We had mixed feelings about Sienna Resort. The good bits: Stelios the manager was excellent, very helpful and accessible with instant replies via WhatsApp. The apartments are of a good standard and having your own private pool is lovely. Our suggestions to anyone thinking of booking: 1. Car hire is essential - the resort is in the middle of nowhere, it is a 30 minute walk to Fira and in the heat of Santorini, it's not an easy walk - we are both in our 30's and pretty fit but we did that walk once and vowed never again and hired a car once we got into Fira. Taxis in Santorini are expensive and sometimes hard to come across - 10 euros each way from Sienna resort to Fira. 2. Beware that some of the villas do NOT have access to a pool and it isn't obvious when booking which ones do have a pool. 3. We often went for dinner around the Kamari beach area (15 min drive from Sienna Resort) which was more chilled, less expensive and less crowded than Fira and Oia.

O lugar é de fácil acesso, a casa é enorme e o funcionário Stelios nos atendeu maravilhosamente bem, super atencioso. Recebemos uma cesta de café todas as manhãs, simples porém muito agradável. Uma ótima opção de lugar pra ficar!!!!

리조트라는 이름이 괜히 있는게 아닌거같아요. 룸도 매우 넓고 오븐 전기렌지 주방도 너무 잘되어있고 개별의 수영장도 딸려있습니다. 관리자분이 추천해주신 레스토랑도 넘나 맛있었습니다!!! :) 저희가 다음호텔에 문제가 있었는데 관리자분께서 굉장히 친절하게 도와주시고 설명해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 다음에 산토리니에 가게 된다면 꼭 다시 예약하고싶은 리조트였어요. 너무나 좋았어요 수영장도 매일 청소해주시더라구요 추천합니다!!! 매우매우!!
