Disappointed with the Host
PROS -A very beautiful home on a very large property which is great for a family who want quiet time, and who have a hire car CONS -$70 per additional person per night = $630 for 3 other people besides myself (I refused to pay this) -Poor communication with manager -Too far from the main center for the spectacular views, shopping, restuarants etc -Their page initially stated that you will receive chocolates and flowers on arrival, and that there is a hammock (there is not) -EVERYWHERE in Greece that we stayed had complimentary beer and wine in the fridge, they did not -Internet is very poor -Air conditioner freezes certain rooms and creates a sauna in others, so choose your room wisely! -No access to the laundry facilities -Sheets had stains on them -Bathroom soap is not replaced, so bring your own -Bare minimum toilet paper, so bring your own -No tissues, so bring your own -No shaker to make coffee, so bring your own -Not enough bath towels, and no towels for the pool, so bring your own Having used many shared homes over the years this is the worse "host" that I have ever stayed with as basically once that have your money, they skimp on as much as possible which is sad as it is a beautiful property.

Lovely property, large enough for our family of 5 plus an infant. Lovely gardens surround the property, beautiful pool area. We found the bedrooms very comfortable, we needed more blankets which were suppied after our request, it was a bit cool during our stay. I would highly recommend this home. We were well looked after.

A wonderful stay
My friends and I planned a trip to Santorini to celebrate a bachelorette party. Since we were a group of 6, we needed a big place and that’s exactly what Zafira residence offers. The place is huge with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The pictures are exactly the same as the ones you will find on Internet. And not to forget the pool which is incredible! You can watch the sunset from there. Zaphiroula, our host, came to the airport to show us the road to the villa. She is very friendly and you can contact her at any time you want, she will reply quickly and help you for anything. The location is also nice as it takes 5mn to get to the city center by car and about the same time to get to the airport too. Even if the location is close to the airport, there is no noise pollution. I highly recommend you check it out. Everything was better than what we expected!

The hotel manager, Zaphiroula, was amazing and professional...She took us from the airport to the villa...She told us where to visit, what to do, book us a private taxi as we requested..I requested little suprise for my girlfriend before I arrived at the villa and she prepared it wonderfully. Gave us a mobile phone with Greek number to use during our stay...Cleaners were great and polite....Villa was perfectly clean...It was exactly same as in the pictures..The space by the swimming pool and around the villa are stunningly huge. Even though the swimming pool was not heated and water was freezingly cold, I would definitely come back to this villa...We had a lovely and an unforgettable time in there..

Amazing residence with even more amazing service!
From the photos on the booking website, I was a bit skeptical as I thought it was too good to be true. However, when we arrived, we realised the photos don't even do it justice! The residence was large, modern and clean, and everything looked brand new. The house is just a 5 min drive from the airport and it was situated on a new road that wasn't on Google Maps yet, and the host Zephiroula offered to drive to the airport to meet us and take us to the residence which was very comforting. She made sure we were extremely comfortable with the house and told me to message her on whatsapp with any queries. She definitely contributed to rating this accommodation 5 stars out of 5, as she was available around the clock to make recommendations for dinner, day tours and even a salon for a manicure! All the recommendations were outstanding in the end and we couldn't be happier.

Best Villa on Santorini~
Zafira Residence was easily one of our top picks on our month-long holiday where we stayed at multiple places. The villa is located fairly close to the Santorini airport, so transportation was not an issue, and the host were kind enough to come pick us up. We were a little dumbstruck when we arrived at the villa. The photos were beautiful, but I must say, the villa looks even more stunning in real life (the photos really doesn't do it justice). The Villa was extremely spacious and clean, ideal for a relaxing family/couple vacation. The host was very friendly and helpful on every aspects of our trip and really made us feel at home. She welcomed us with refreshments drinks and snacks and gave us the low down of where we could visit on the island and she was always reachable by phone. In my opinion, I believe Zafira Residence is easily the best place to stay at on the Santorini island and I would definitely recommend it to other visitors.
