"Absolutely beautiful place very clean staff really friendly. Easy check in only down site no tea or coffee facilities in the room but we were only there for one night. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked and smelt amazing. Drank in the bar and drinks were very reasonable price would stay there again"

"Hotel ideal for a stopover for the airport. They run a free shuttle bus for the airport & its a 3 minute walk to the metro. The hotel is modern, clean & a has a lovely pool area. Free water bottles in the corridor & nice complimentaries in the room."

"The hotel is a seven-minute ride to the airport on taxi or Uber. If taking an Uber use your app and NOT the Uber kiosk in the lobby unless you want to pay an absurdly high price for the ride. The room was very spacious and clean. I had a midnight snack in the lobby and it was delicious. I'll stay here again if I need to stay by the airport."

We were in Madrid for a week at another nearby hotel and had a very poor experience mainly due to the service we received throughout our stay and decided to pick another hotel for our last night. I can't give enough stars to our one night stay. We stayed in one of the Lofts and it was phenomenal. "The host was very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was very little noise from the street or other guests. There was no place to get dinner until 8 pm and the nearby restaurants were not great. The food we had delivered was awful!"
