"From start to finish the customer service provided by Corinthia was top tier! They emailed me beforehand to see if I was celebrating anything special and answered any questions ahead of my stay. Even though I opted out of having my room decorated for a fee, they still sent complimentary champagne for my anniversary. The location is not that close the downtown area but the shuttle was very helpful. Also it’s a $5 uber away so it was fine for me! I frequented one of the restaurant bars simply because the staff was so lovely! My only complaint- the spa! They heavily advertised the thermal pool experience. It’s not that great. The water in the hot tubs were only lukewarm. I brought it to the staffs attention. It didn’t improve. They don’t tell you it’s a 70 pound experience and they only wave the fee if you pa for an 80 minute spa treatment. It’s expensive and I did not enjoy myself that much at all. "

"This a very clean, basic, well priced hotel. Great for an overnight stop close to the airport. Nice buffet dinner and breakfast. Excellent access to a shuttle bus to the airport. Pleasant staff. I didn’t like the synthetic ‘room freshener’ smell. It always makes me wonder what they’re trying to hide. "

"We had a lovely stay, staff were great, everything was new and clean, and although it’s not located in a touristy neighbourhood, we quite enjoyed where it was located, near lots of restaurants and stores, and very well located for transit connections. "
