The staff at the hotel were nice and friendly, however, the hotel is old, all the supplies like towers, rooms, and in door supplies are supper old. The towers turn yellow but the hotel seems like they don’t have money to update. The room was terrible and smells bad.

I booked a Horizon club room which should have provided me with some executive experience. The room and the facilities are lovely, good quality toiletries. However, the horizon lounge was an utter disappointment. It was very crowded and people struggled to find space to eat. During breakfast time it was also very busy, the food was not replenished in time. Coffee machines are not easy to use, you had to to wait for a maneuver of staff which took a while. This hotel is great for families with young kids because of the well equipped indoor playground and the pool. However, it was hardly executive…

【旅拍服务】香格里拉的旅拍服务,拍摄的师傅比较一般,可能看我们没有买的意愿,拍摄不太有耐心。不如自己订旅拍。五星级酒店,建议选择合作商也选择服务意识强的,比较也代表着酒店。 【儿童活动】烘培活动名额有限,不抢没位置。儿童夏令营580一位,感觉活动比较单一,还需要改进。儿童乐园不错,空间大。 【儿童泳池】非常好,大滑梯很好玩。 【餐饮】早餐很丰富! 总体来说,值得入住体验。

Spacious and well maintained. Beach is good for nice walk but waves are too strong for swimming. Complimentary breakfast was average, we expected something more. Many families with children so its probably a great resort to recommend, but if you prefer a little more quiet place, this may not be the first place I would suggest. Its a great resort though, we enjoyed our stay!

We visit in Christmas holidays and have a great time. The bed is huge and also an extendable sofa. It is very nice for family with 2kids. All of us can sleep spaciously.

Super children friendly. They have activties catered for small and big kids. Had a small farm with rabbits, hamsters, peacocks. Had a small and big playroom ! Game zone with archades. Pool area with slides and fun shooting games. Restaurant food is quite expensive though. Quality is avearge. Anywhere , love this hotels if u have kids!

A very nice family hotel
This hotel is really good for family with kids. They have so many details that specifically design for little ones: kids’ Sandle, robe, toothbrush, water park, train in the garden, arts and crafts, indoor playground, children’s dining area...the room is so spacious and clean. Bed and beddings are very comfy. Our Complaints are check-in and room services were quite slow. It took at lease 20 mins for them to send stuff to our room.

a nice spacious resort.
My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. room was very nice. views limited to kids pool, but the resort was full when we booked, so we couldn't change. A bit pricey compared to the Marriott, but it depends what you want in a resort / hotel. This venue surely offered a nice beach and sunshine area, open spacious grounds. Breakfast was standard with some good selections for westerners on the buffet. we liked this resort because of location to beach and the rooms. Very nice.

管理混乱,名不副实
管理颇为混乱,和家里人分别入住,都搞了差不多45分钟才办理完入住。更夸张的是3点钟(规定check in时间)说房间还没有打扫好。 说好的豪华阁比普通房大10平方米(64vs54平米),结果进去和普通房一模一样大,完全不知道豪华在哪里。 家里人一起去玩定了三间房,也不是国内假期,也不能安排在同一层。 酒店自助餐可以说的上是吃过最糟糕的5星级酒店自助餐。早餐还行,小孩子的很丰富。晚餐没事不要去浪费钱了。不过酒店里也没啥多选择。 总之,每年都要去三亚玩一次的,此次体验确实很差。不推荐

Beautiful Hotel. Kids pool needs some TLC
This was our first experience staying at a Shangri-La property. We enjoyed ourselves emensly. The only complaint is the kids pool. It really needs some work. The paint on the ground is peeling off throughout the pool. Luckily my little one isn’t running yet. I feel there can be a serious injury from this, and that the property should try to fix this area before an injury occurs to a child. For the reputation that this hotel has I was displeased with the lack of attention that this kids area needs.
