Reservei apartamento com mais de um mês de antecedência para o meu compromisso em São Luis. Poucos dias antes do evento do meu compromisso o hotel ficou cheio. Infelizmente o apto que me ofereceram não tinha guardador de roupa, controle remoto da tv, no último dia não fizeram limpeza no quarto. Fiquei triste porquê reservei com bastante antecedencia e muitos foram pra este hotel porque eu informei.

Tivemos q pedir toalha de banho, trocar de quarto pois estávamos em 2 adultos e uma criança de 12 anos colocaram a gente em um quarto com cama de casal, ambiente sujo. Pra nossa surpresa quando o uber veio nos buscar achou estranho nossa presença naquele lugar pois ali seria usado como motel...
