"We - a family of 4 - stayed in the Kyoto - JAPANESE Modern room and absolutely loved it. The room is very spacious and full of natural light due to plenty of windows. It even had an accessible balcony with beautiful views to the park. The mattresses were all very comfortable and the duvets were next level fluffy. No-one wanted to get out of bed in the morning. The place including the 2 x toilets and 2 x showers was super clean and so were bed linen and towels. Staff were very polite and helpful....

"Everything was exactly how it looked online. Lots of space available, the only thing I would have preferred was there to be a door or curtain where people sleep. For some privacy and when needing the sink it was right at their beds."

"Check in process was a little unique but had no issues and they even helped changed the number of guests day of check in. Is a good sized room for larger groups if you want to stay in the same room and was a decent location (a couple of minutes away from a train station). 2 toilets and a shower area were a nice bonus."
