"This is definitely our favourite hotel in Sapporo. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent location. You just can’t get better. Rooms are extremely comfortable, with good bedding, and all required amenities. When the room heating gets too hot in winter, you can get staff to open the window slightly. This is extremely helpful. We’ve now stayed here twice, and will return again."

"Staff was nice , amenities was sufficient as it was placed in the lobby and you just helped yourself to what you need. Location was superb as it’s very near to the pedestrian street and the fish market. Parking is 2,000 per day "
