"Terrific old school Florida rental rooms/suites on the beach, by anywhere from 0 minutes walk to 1 minute walk. Clean everything. Most rooms rebuilt, redecorated, new courtyard, common area. Very close to state park beach. Terrific beach for guests along entire width of property. Close to a marina. Some rooms are across the street on the bay side. Not redecorated but clean, comfortable, equipped room and kitchen, bedroom, bath 1 minute dead ahead across street on a marina access. ...

"The property was clean. Extra amenities (like bikes, beach chairs, books) were very nice. Bathroom fixtures were a little outdated. Water pressure and temp were not the best, but adequate. The location of the villas was excellent. We would return here!"

"Very quiet and walkable to many places. Pools was steps from our condo and a short walk to the beach( I prefer directly on the beach or some type of view of the ocean and there was none) It was very quiet over all. There was never anyone at the club house to ask questions or get our parking pass and the first sight of anyone was 2 days before we left and we stayed for 7 days we also were there over a holiday (fourth of July) so we understand it was a busy time. Propane tank for the closest...
