"Hello, we would like to make a complaint regarding our stay in rooms 116 and 113. We experienced several issues that we do not think are acceptable.
- Incomplete towels provided
- Shower door misaligned (does not close)
- Soap and shampoo
dispenser stuck
- Both rooms had a wet towel hanged on the back of door
- Dirty floor
- The blanket and pillows for the sofa bed was missing for one of the rooms
- One of the rooms was delivered an hour and a half late
-None of these issues were resolved...

"The property was clean and well kept but older. Most of the employees were very professional and helpful. The lady who maintained the breakfast worked very hard. There was plenty of parking in the lot out front. The Red Grouper Tavern is just down the road and had great food. Overall a great place to stay if you are on a budget."

"This was our second time staying at the Kon Tiki Inn in Venice, Florida, and once again it was perfect. The king bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was convenient, and the room was spotless. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and plenty of shops. A relaxing, easy, and enjoyable stay all around. Having no closet also presented a problem for me. While having a refrigerator and microwave was convenient no ironing board and iron was not as well as no front desk phone connection.
