"This place is like a little cabin in the woods. The room itself was clean and comfortable and had nice A/C! We slept great. There aren’t really any amenities but if you need a place to sleep and take a shower it serves its purpose. The person was easily reachable for help but he was not located on the property. There were weird neighbors that left trash outside on their front porch and Barbie doll parts on the roof so that could be cleaned up but otherwise it was fine. The room looked just like...

"For a weekend stay, it worked out for me. The location is good, with plenty of stores/restaurants, etc.... nearby. It is a 10-minute ride to downtown Saratoga and the other places you generally visit while in that area. The room was 60% bed (it's a king), but I was barely in the room. The shower is fine, yes, the water pressure could be a little better. I did use a couple of the vouchers they leave for breakfast at spots you could walk to in 1-2 minutes. I'd stay again for a similar weekend...

"Kudos to Forrest at the front desk for helping an elderly woman that could not get up without help. He made sure she was safe when she left the hotel and he went above n beyond to accommodate her. He also helps with cleaning!! Great guy."

"The staff was absolutely amazing, we didnt ask much but everyone was extremely nice. always an un forced good morning, just pleasant to be around in general. Breakfast was solid, the main chef (Making omelets) has been there for 10 years and just knows how to talk to people. Great staff to be around. Cleaning staff was also extremely pleasant, we were on the 5th floor and the woman would always say good morning and ask what time we would like our room turned around, it was always left clean...

"This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Upon check in, we heard through the phone another customer upset about their stay as well. Our first room we tried smelled of cigarette smoke, it smelt stale and musty. The room was extremely dirty.
