"Very relaxing environment. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service and it doesn't take long for them to come get you after you call them. Be prepared to walk up and down steep hills if you don't use the shuttle service. Beach was clean. Small pool by the beach has a swim up bar and that's where I spent a lot of my time. We saw monkeys in the trees by the swim up bar a few days."

"We had a wonderful stay at CC Beach Front Papagayo! Costa Rica is one of my new favorite destinations, and as always, it is the people that make the experience special. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, kind, and genuinely happy to help. The resort grounds were beautifully maintained, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout our stay. The chef was fantastic! Not only was the food great, but he made a point of greeting us every day...

"While the staff was amazing and the property was very beautiful, the roads to get to the hotel were not paved. Not only were they not paved but at some point they (local government) closed the entrance and no one was notified. It took me contacting the hotel so the concierge could walk us through how to get to the hotel. It was not until two days later when I complained that we received a letter and a map. This was not well planned with the city. Very disappointing."
