"I liked the hotel a lot . But I was disappointed with having a room on the floor that hadn’t been refurbished. But it still was very clean and had a great view . Fortunately last two nights of stay they bumped me up a floor to the new refurbished floor . It was beautiful!!! Really beautiful . I’m happy with the staff they did that for me . As I payed same price as my family who had a room on the refurbished floor for our whole 5 night stay ."

"The place was beautiful, and it served breakfast every morning. Don’t rent the electric car the lady at the desk told us we would be able to go to Amalfi and back and she was wrong. Got stuck 5 miles from the hotel, the front desk wanted us to walk down the mountain to find a place to charge the car. Finally someone from the hotel came to pick but in the car they called us stupid Americans which I thought was pretty inappropriate."

"location is very good near to the station. staffs are gentle."

"Krijgt gewoom een 10 van ons!"

"The views and rooms were very clean. Staff was also very helpful especially: Paolo (concierge), Sergio, Antonella and Anita"

"Great hotel. Very well situated. Breakfast was good but Lunch and dinner available were below average."

"Tolle Lage, schönes Hotel, Frühstück ok, Kaffee könnte etwas besser sein und man könnte frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen anbieten, sonst alles sehr schön"

"Ottima posizione davanti il casello, parcheggio privato, ristorazione buona nella media e personale cortese e gentile."

"It wasn't bad, but reducing 1 star because given the price point I would expect a much better breakfast (the omelet maker was putting such a small amount of toppings, baked goods tasted stale) and better pigeon control in the breakfast area. Apart from that it was conveniently located and it served as a good base to explore Sorrento and Amalfi."

"The property was pristine and newly decorated. The location was super, especially because the Express bus drops you right off in front of the property and because you can be downtown with a quick walk. Municipal or local city buses don’t really circulate with regularity or even access this location nor do taxis circulate without being called so walking or having a rental car is probably the way to go. The owners are easily accessible and helpful. The property feels very safe and the decor...

"A lovely hotel,"

"The day of checkout we had a tour, so we had the hotel store our luggage. When we came back we twice asked for our luggage but the man at the desk ignored our request. When the taxi came he had us come into the room to identify our luggage and that he would put it into the taxi. We were in a hurry and did not notice at the time that there was a suitcase missing from where our luggage was stored. He put the luggage into the taxi as we were in the car so we didn’t count the pieces at the time....

"Awesome"
