I loved hanging out in the hammock first thing in the morning when it was still cool outside, and by the fire pit in the evening when the temperatures dropped as well. "There is a staff member named Nate whose service I did not appreciate. I had came earlier in the afternoon to see if I was able to check in and there was no rooms available yet. Madison was so sweet and helpful that even though no rooms were available yet, she pre-registered me and let me leave my belongings there till I came back so when I did come back all I needed to do was let front know and I would just be giving my cards and belongings. "Customer service is kind of going downhill. We were at the pool and no one came to ask if we wanted a cocktail or something to eat. Then my husband went and ordered a drink and it took forever. We also went to the restaurant on site and the service was very poor. We stayed at the Ava hotel which is now the completion to this hotel and service was amazing and hotel is beautiful so Allegretto needs to rebrand their services."

Front desk treated me with great respect as well as the housekeeper whenever request were made and they were made sure they were met. "Absolutely fabulous boutique hotel B&B in Paso. We stayed for Grad weekend and it was perfect. Serene setting - lovely wine, big big rooms (we brought a queen airbed for our daughters and had plenty of room). Nice cooked breakfasts. They serve their own Summerwood wine and it was v v good. Ask about wine club membership if you stay there! Angie and Desiree were brilliant hosts."

Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. They have some gift items and tasty chocolate bars for sale. Easy to park right around the hotel."
