"The camper was great and very clean. Bed was comfortable too! Loved Sunset Hill and the property for a morning walk. Didn’t use the outdoor kitchen area so no comment there. Curious if there’s a curfew for the campsites. There was a group by the fire pit one night until midnight and you could hear every word from inside the camper. So we were up until they went to bed. Something to think about… The bathroom trailer was not great. Out of paper towels in most, really thin toilet paper, water...

"It was a great place to stay. The staff were so kind from the minute we entered the hotel. The room was large and had everything we could need (and more!-). The room came with dishes, a full size fridge, a dishwasher (!) etc. The sheets were so soft and dreamy. The pool area was great, there was even a place to bbq! The free breakfast had great hours (available 6-10am) and fairly tasty. However, the coffee was terrible, but that is an easy fix for the hotel! The gym looked clean and well...

"I absolutely loved this place. I loved the interior, with a small bench at the window and a hammock outside. The bed was amazing, so big with a puffy duvet. The room had a very quiet AC, and a fireplace which was cute. The pool was great, the service at the pool as well, we had cocktails, wine, charcuterie board and pizza!"

"Hello, Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but you should now that, when we checked in on the afternoon of Sunday, June 7 (perhaps you can identify him with that information) the young man (with the neatly trimmed beard--more identifying info.) in charge of the reception desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. Maybe you should put him on your management track."

"We hosted our son’s graduation here and everything was perfect. The event staff was beyond helpful and set up a seamless and beautiful event. We had lots of family of all different ages and they were all very pleased with staying at the hotel. The rooms are lovely and comfortable and the amenities are also excellent. Highly highly recommend!!"

"I've stayed here twice, and both times have had staffing issues. Once I came to check in, and no one was at the front desk...and no one came, for a VERY long time. I had to ask the restaurant staff if anyone would come. Eventually they did, but standing in a lobby hot and tired and on a timeline is not fun. I also ate at the restaurant both times, and they only seem to have one waitress. Again, waiting and waiting. What should've been a simple dinner turned into a 2 1/2 hour exercise in patience...

"The tv did not work and the thermostat did not work. We complained the first night and the staff said they would take care of the complaints. That. Ever happened. Even on check out we asked for a partial credit. We have not heard a thing. Would not recommend this place. Not even coffee in the lobby."

"Our air conditioning was broken. We had to stay in a hot room until the next morning when they tried to fix it, which they couldn’t. Staff moved us to another room but a few hours later the owner of the hotel wanted us to move back to the other room after he said the air conditioning was fixed. Tiny desk staff was fine the owner was an idiot for confronting us. I would not stay here again. The location is bad I saw several homeless people out front. No security guards."

"Most things about the facility were good. For the price, the rooms were clean, quiet, and the air conditioning worked great. Unfortunately one of the two runes that we booked reeked of cigarette smoke and when we tried to go to the front desk to complain about it, person at the desk who may be the manager or owner, blew us off. He even went so far as to apply that it was our fault. It smelled that way because we had opened the windows to try and air it out"
